Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Comprehensive DBT programming that offers individual therapy, group skills training, phone coaching, and therapist consultation to help individuals manage impulsivity, emotional intensity, relationship problems and life-threatening behaviours.

Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy

Our Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) program helps individuals confront and manage obsessive-compulsive behaviours and anxiety by gradually reducing compulsive responses and breaking the cycle of avoidance.
